QUESTION: How can I quickly and easily report a website problem or issue?

 

ANSWER: One may report problems or issues related specifically to the website by using our feedback button. This button appears on every page in the lower right corner of your web browser. The button is marked by a red arrow in the image below.

When selected, the feedback button will prompt a dialog box with two choices also shown below. To be as clear as possible, we ask that any report is specific in nature; select the left hand option, shown highlighted blue. This will allow you to pin-point the exact position of the problem whether it be a hyperlink, image or other issue.

After selecting the particular part of the page be sure to include a detailed description that adequately describes the issue or concern and most importantly, include your email address so that our webmaster can reach you for further details or notify you when the issue has been corrected.
