its subsidiary,
Teka Illumination,
together as "the
Contest Operator",
will conduct
the Contest substantially
as described
in the following
rules, and by
participating,
each participant
agrees
as follows:
1. Description
of Contest/Participation.

will begin
on Friday

at 12:00am.
Odds of winning
depend upon the
number of participants.
B. How to
Enter/Play:
After showing
a B-K Lighting
and/or Teka Illumination
Sample Case,
Authorized Sales
Representatives
can enter to
win online at www.bklighting.com/sweepstakes or www.tekaillumination.com/sweepstakes to
complete the
required registration
form. At that
time, authorized
representatives
will also enter
the names and
email addresses
of Specifiers
who attended
the sample case
presentation.
Each person will
receive one entry
into the monthly
drawing held
on the last Friday
of every month.
A representative
who successfully
shows all five
products to the
same
Specifer during
the contest dates
and successfully
submits the online
entries will
earn one entry
toward the Grand
Prize Drawing.
A Specifier
who is shown
all five cases
and are
successfully
entered into
the contest by
their Sales Representative will
earn one entry
for the Grand
Prize. Specifiers
can earn a maximum
of one entry
for the Grand
Prize Drawing.
The designated contestant
whose name is
selected in the
random drawing
wins the prize(s)described
below.

Eligibility and
Limitations.
The contest is open
to all authorized B-K
Lighting/Teka Illumination
representatives, and
lighting specifiers
(entered into the contest
by authorized representatives).
Authorized representatives
may enter more than
once, depending on
how many times they
show authorized catalogs
to unique specifiers.
Specifiers
may be entered up to
five times during the
eligibility period.
Employees of the Contest
Operator, the Contest's
participating sponsors
and their advertising
agencies, and members
of the immediate family
of any such persons
are not eligible to
participate and win.
4.
Taxes.
Any valuation of the
prize(s) stated above
is based on available
information provided
to the Contest Operator,
and the value of any
prize awarded to a
winner may be reported
for tax purposes as
required by law. Each
winner is solely responsible
for reporting and paying
any and all applicable
taxes related to the
prize(s) and paying
any expenses associated
with any prize which
are not specifically
provided for in the
official rules. Any
person winning over
$600 in prizes from
the Contest Operator
will receive an IRS
form 1099 at the end
of the calendar year
and a copy of such
form will be filed
with the IRS.
5.
Conduct and Decisions.
By participating in
the Contest, participants
agree to be bound by
the decisions of Contest
Operator's personnel.
All decisions will
be made by the Company
and are final. The
Company may waive any
of these rules in its
sole discretion.
6.
Compliance with
Law.
The applicable laws
of the Unites States
of America, which take
precedence over any
rule to the contrary
herein, govern the
conduct of the Contest.
The Contest Operator
shall follow the applicable
laws for conducting
contests, including
notice to the state
attorney general or
consumer affairs office,
posting of a prize
bond, furnishing lists
of winners, running
specific on-air disclaimers,
providing specific
written information
about the Contest,
etc. as required by
local and state law.
